    I stayed here mainly to rest, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is convenient and close to some tourist spots and cafés. It’s easy to get a taxi, but you can also walk around if you prefer. The staff were great and very accommodating. The plated breakfast has limited options, but it tasted good. They also offer other food and drinks at reasonable prices, which is convenient if you don’t want to leave the hotel. The room is big and spacious, which I liked. However, some basic amenities like a vanity kit and slippers were missing. I also noticed some hair and tags on the floor, and the towels had visible stains. Hopefully, they can improve the room cleanliness and basic amenities. Overall, still a decent stay, especially for the location and spacious room.

    A clean hotel in a great central location. The room is clean with two big beds and has balcony with a nice view. One thing I didn't like is that they don't have hangers. But overall, I might stay here when I visit Baguio again.

    Hotel Vivo is few walks away from Burnham Park. The location is sweet when you want to be near the park.There are a lot restaurants nearby , either familiar ones or something not usual. The Hotel is newly renovated and i think some other floors are still on the process of construction. Nevertheless, it did not affect the quiteness of the room. the room is huge enough for 4 pax. They provided toiletries too although I wish the body wash and shampoo can be replace with better scent. they did not provide slippers since they were out of stock also with the complimentary snacks. I hope they will restock soon since we were a bit disappointed about it. The room has a view and has a working AC too. it was equipped with Smart Tv and it was will lit. Another downer was the slow drainage of water in the shower, the bidet was working well, the mirrow was LED with heater so it does not moist. the staff were very friendly and attentive. They have provided a complimentary plated breakfast that was tasty. Overall , we have a pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel when you go to Baguio.

    This was our second time booking Hotel Vivo after a great stay last year, but unfortunately, the quality has drastically dropped. We paid almost ₱11,000 for two rooms for a 3-day stay but the experience did not justify the cost. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the towels looked dark and felt dirty. The bathroom lacks a separate glass wall or partition, meaning the entire lavatory floor was constantly wet and flooded every time someone took a shower, a problem made worse by the fact that we were only given a single floor towel. Furthermore, the front desk service was incredibly disappointing, upon our arrival, there were more than five staff members standing around, yet no one offered to help us with our luggage. We actually had to get the trolley and load our bags ourselves. The only redeeming quality of our entire stay was the dining experience, the food was great, and the restaurant staff were very nice and attentive. It is a shame to see how much this hotel has changed for the worse in just a year, and management seriously needs to address their room maintenance and front-of-house hospitality.
