With a wonderful mix of timeless charm and modern functionality, the villa\'s ground floor boasts beautiful, atmospheric beamed ceilings and spacious, light and airy rooms. The inviting living area, with comfortable sofa and armchairs and a flat-screen TV, is complemented by an adjoining dining room overlooking the garden and a large modern eat-in kitchen with access to a romantic terrace, perfect for al fresco dining with friends or relaxing during the day. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower completes the layout of the beautiful ground floor, while on the upper floor you will find 2 modern bedrooms suitable for couples, each with its own private bathroom. In the basement you will find a professional billiard table for entertaining and the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Outside, a lush landscaped garden features a small covered kitchen with a wood-burning oven - ideal for pizzas - and a barbecue, next to a beautiful private outdoor pool and a covered terrace furnished with sun loungers.
The 4th bedroom is located in the annexe, also with bathroom and shower.
