Splendid stone villa completely renovated maintaining and enhancing the typical materials of the area but updating the kitchen and bathrooms to offer comfort at the highest levels. Completely surrounded by a well-kept fenced olive grove.
The house is on three levels. On the first level there is a large open space with kitchen, dining area and living area with a double sofa bed as well as a complete bathroom with shower cubicle. This space is directly connected with the
outdoor area with dining table, barbecue, deck chairs and sun loungers. Going upstairs there is a pleasant living room with a large fireplace, sofas, TV and desk and a room with a comfortable double sofa bed and single bed with en-suite bathroom complete with bathroom fixtures and shower.
Going up to the third level there are two more bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double and a single bed.
