Piero was a great host and helped straight away with any questions, and the villa itself was perfect for the holiday we had in mind as a group of friends and family. We had several meals on the terrace as the sun went down - it's a truly stunning location. The villa is very well equipped, it had everything we could have needed and more. The gardens and pool are very well maintained and provided a very relaxing space that we all made the most of. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Piero and Villa Sara.

Excellent charming host. Well appointed Villa with superb facilities and extremely well equipped. There is more there than described in the listing. An excellent base to explore good restaurants close by. Five adults and our dog had a great time in a very safe environment. Piero the owner is accommodating and willing to help it was all very easy for us.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Piero's Villa.I rent many places for vacation but so far this Villa was my favorite from all. I spend there only a week and I wish to stay even longer if I had more vacation days. The Villa is kept spotless and Piero decorated the house beautifully. The house had plenty space and it was 6 of us. We felt very comfortable, every room was perfect with lots of storage and comfy beds. Each room had blinds so we could sleep long without sun waking us up.Bathrooms were amazing one with Jacuzzi and second bathroom had steam shower which was my favorite. The TV had plenty Channels to pick from also in English. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty pots, plates, and glasses. We also had washing machine. There was nothing I was missing,so I felt like home. The garden around the house was stunning, we had fresh citrus fruits for a juice straight from the trees every day. We loved to spend time around the pool or on spacious balcony with great views and plenty seating. At the evening we enjoyed aperol Spritz on the balcony with cheeses, meat cuts and fruits. The best part was the location of the Villa in secluded area were we had total privacy, but also close to Forte Dei Marmi, Lucca, Piza, Cirque Terre and Florence. As the locations were in close distance from Villa we were able to visit all those places in just a week. The distance to the food store was approximately 3 min by car and 10 min walk. There was a small restaurant on the same street that we really liked. The store had all what we needed. Piero was amazing host and extremely helpful with our all requests. He was very responsive and we felt taking care off. I would recommend the Villa to anyone! Again thank you Piero for everything we appreciate that you welcomed us in your 🏡 house. Aga and family.

Great house for two families in a wonderful location!

We just finished a two week holiday at this house, together with another family. The house was nicer than in the photos. The garden was really beautiful and fully fenced, perfect for our five kids to run around in. The house was nicely divided into two separate areas which was perfect for our two families. It is a nice peaceful location and close to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We ate every evening on the wonderful terrace which was up high and had a breeze to keep the mosquitoes away. We were grateful for the air conditioning because it was unusually warm this year in September. Probably the best part of the deal was Piero- he is incredibly responsive and has a lot of tips and information, it was like having our own personal travel agent. He was willing to help with all kinds of requests- checking if the ferry was running to cinque terre and even returning to a grocery store and restaurant to help search for a lost wallet. It was also really really convenient to be able to use his beach club each day. We will definitely return to Villa Sara again!!!! Excellent value for money.

We really enjoyed the terrace with the view towards the pine trees. There are several places to enjoy your dinner, one inside and two outside the house. Mr Bellandi, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. We want to thank him for our wonderful stay in Toscany. We wouldn't hesitate to visit the place again!

Beautiful property centrally located to visit Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Beach and other places. Updated inside and out with air conditioning in almost every room. The one that didn't have air could feel the air from the room with the air. Very comfortable home. There is a nice couch (enough space for 5-6 to sit) and large TV. The kitchen is nice. Could fit a couple of people in there at a time. The outdoor tables (on the balcony and near the pool) were awesome with enough seating for 8-10. There are 5 bedrooms with beds. (Sizes estimates based in American sizes). Downstairs has 2 rooms with full size beds and 1 room with a twin. Upstairs has 1 double room and one queen size bedroom. There are two bathrooms (upstairs and down). Only the upstairs bathroom has a standing shower (which is very nice) and the down stairs bathroom has a free standing bathtub with a hand held shower nozzle (also nice) which is great for smaller kids sitting in the tub but difficult for adults to stand in to shower without water spraying everywhere. The stairs to the second floor are steep with no railings. Not safe for toddlers/small children or older folks or if you have a few drinks when coming down the stairs. The smaller kids in our group just stayed downstairs. The upstairs area of the home also has vaulted ceilings that come down pretty low in some areas and we were bumping our heads constantly near those areas. The Internet worked great. Owner has access to a beach club he let us use for free, 10 min away by car. You will need a car to get around from this property. Well stocked with everything you need for a vacation. Brick BBQ outside by the pool. Will need to buy some items like garbage bags, dish, dishwasher, and washing soap, toilet paper, paper towels and so on. There is a coop market 10 min away by car to pick up all your grocery needs. The pool and yard is nice and well maintained. There are neighbors that live in the property below and had a separate entrance. They don't use the pool or your private area of the property. They were very nice and you rarely see or hear them but you do sometimes. There is a small town two min down the road that we found a great Resturant at we would highly recommend, Ristorante De Renzo. Great property and would highly recommend to family and friends.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful Villa Sara close to Viareggio and Lucca. Four adults and four kids enjoyed the well equiped and airconditioned villa and the garden with nice pool area. Balcony was great for both breakfast, dinner and just relaxing out of the sun. The host was also very kind and helpful. The villa and area is a very good starting point for visiting both Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, the beach and other great places nearby. Definitely a place to come back to.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und drei Kinder (1-9) zwei Wochen zu Gast bei Piero und vollends mit allen Zufrieden. Das Anwesen und die großzügige Wohnung (3 Doppelschlafzimmer, 1 Einzel) sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Piero ist sehr fürsorglich , ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es stehen eine Garge und ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung. Der Hammer ist der Pool. Riesig, gepflegt, sauber, einfach spitze. Der Garten ist riesig und toll angelegt. Auf der großen Terasse lässt es sich mit Blick auf die Toskanische Ebene und dem entfernten Meer gemütlich Essen. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigenständige Klimaanlage und das Haus ist mit W-lan ausgestattet (Wers braucht). Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, Cararra etc. ideal. Das Anwesen liegt ruhig am Hang. Einkaufen nächster Ort 10min zu Fuss oder 3min Auto oder 10min zum großen Coop. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Einen Mangel konnten wir nicht feststellen und falls dennoch etwas nicht in Ordnung sein sollte, kümmert sich Piero sofort darum. Sogar an seinem Beach-club durften wir zwei mal (umsonst!), während in der Ferienwohnung der Pool gereinigt wurde. Hat eigentlich 6 Sterne verdient. Absolut perfekt two weeks. !!!

We've been living at Villa Sara only 1 week and we really loved it. It is a spacious, cozy and bright house with modern conveniences (even hammam!!), fabulous view from the large balcony and the big pool in the garden that saved us from the noonday heat! It should be added that it is very comfortable place for stays with babies - there is a baby cot, highchair and large space for games. Being located in a calm area at the same time Villa is quit close to the sea (famous private plages of Viareggio and Lido de Camaiore) and cities Viareggio, Pietrasanta etc. And the owner, Piero Bellandi, was considerate and open to all our demands and questions! I visit Villa Sara in April 2014. The Villa was fabulous. I liked the layout of the rooms, with bedrooms separate from living and kitchen space. It was extremely clean and bright. The house had many amenities, including a fitness area. The pool was a plus, as many of my families require a pool. The close proximity to the sea is often a priority for my clients, as is the choice of sea and pool. Mr. Bellandi was very responsive to my questions regarding the house and the area. He was kind enough to give me a tour of the area, so that I could give a proper description of villa and are to my clients. I highly recommend a stay at Villa Sara. Kathleen, New York, USA

We were living in this villa from 31.05.14 to 21.06.15. The villa is quite big and technique-provided. There is enough space for outdoors games with children. The owner, Piero, is really friendly. He solved all our problems in short time. It should be noticed that the house is located pretty close to the sea there are a lot of private beaches with swimming pools, cafes and check rooms. The geographic location of the villa is suitable for traveling to cities such as Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Florence. The staff kept the house cleaned once a week. Also gardeners mowed the lawn and cleaned the swimming pool, there are whirlpool, cascade and lightning . We had a great pleasure !

Wir (Familie 11,15, Eltern 40+ und Großeltern 65+) konnten eine tolle Woche auf diesem riesigen Grundstück mit tollem Pool (kurze 10m Bahnen konnte man schwimmen und tiefste Stelle 1,60m), Tischtennisplatte, Badminton/Tennisplatz verbringen. Der freundliche Vermieter Pietro hilft über WhatsApp bei allen Problemchen/Wünschen. Check in und Check out problemlos. Grundstück liegt versteckt und von der Hauptstraße führt eine enge Straße zum Grundstück. GOOGLE findet den Weg und auch größere Autos passen noch durch die Straße 😉 Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im landestypischen Haus. Standards waren vorhanden und funktionierten. Der Sonnenuntergang war ein Traum, vorallem von der großen Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Abend verweilten. Grills sind vorhanden. Fußläufig (15min) fanden wir eine sehr leckere Pizzeria. Ansonsten gelangt man mit Auto in 10min zum nächsten Supermarkt oder in die nahegelegenen Orte ....

Wir haben als grosse Familie (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) eine wunderschöne Woche Anfang August 2021 verbracht. Riesiges Grundstück mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten (Tennis, Tischtennis, mehrere Grillplätze...), dazu ein toller Pool, den meine Kinder geliebt haben! Bei der Anfahrt lohnt sich die Navigation mit Google Maps, hier findet man Villa Sarah als Sonderziel und wird über die winzigen kleinen Strassen zum Ziel gelotst, unsere Navigationssysteme in den Autos hatten da keine Chance ^^. Wir kommen wieder!!

La propriété est splendide, un jardin extraordinaire, superbement aménagé, au milieu de la nature et pourtant si proche de la ville et de la mer ! Un havre de paix. Un service efficace et rapide, équipements extérieurs au-delà de nos attentes : piscine, ping ping, tennis, jacuzzi, sauna, équipements sportifs, plusieurs terrasses, plusieurs barbecues... la liste est longue. Ménage hebdo, linge (draps, serviettes) remplacés toutes les semaines. Pour finir, Pierrot est sympathique, disponible, Un superbe séjour à recommander sans réserve !

Wir haben Anfang Juli 2021 eine Woche mit unseren beiden Töchtern (14 und 17 Jahre) in der Villa Sara verbracht. Das gesamte Anwesen ist extrem groß und bietet unglaublich viel Abwechslung. Großer Pool mit Whirlpool-Düsen, Outdoor Wellness Bereich mit Sauna und Sportgeräten, Tischtennisplatte und sogar ein Rasen-Tennisplatz, mehrere Grillplätze - da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen und mehr geeignet. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr gut, alles ist sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Piero, der Vermieter, hat sofort nach der Buchung Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und war immer für alle Fragen verfügbar. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Die Villa Sara können wir mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen.

Wir waren im Herbst 2020 das erste mal in der Villa Sara im Urlaub. Obwohl das Wetter nicht den toskanischen Vorstellungen entsprach konnten wir zwei tolle Wochen in der Villa mit ihren vielseitigen Möglichkeiten verbringen. Neben dem Pool und dem Tennisplatz haben wir bei eher kühlem Wetter die Sauna häufig in Gebrauch genommen. Die Villa bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten und genügend Platz für zwei Familien mit vier Teenagers. Auch die Umgebung bietet genügend Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter Piero ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und äusserst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Grazie Piero.

Sehr schöne Villa mit super Garten. Ein grosses Haus mit eigener Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Das Haus besitzt eine grosse Terasse mit schöner Aussicht. Weitere Essmöglichkeiten befinde sich im grossen Garten. Der Pool ist zweistufig, Stehbereich ca 90cm tief und geht danach in zwei Tritten auf ca 150cm hinunter. Das Haus liegt sehr gut, in ca 10-15min ist man am Strand. Ein grosser Supermarkt (Coop) befindet sich ca 5min vom Haus entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da das Haus nicht ganz einfach zu finden ist, hat er uns nach der Autobahnausfahrt abgeholt. Zudem hat er uns mit guten Tips für Restaurants usw. versorgt. Wir hatten tolle Ferien hier

Huvila puutarhoineen ylitti odotukset, kuvat antoivat aavistaa kauneutta, tasokkuutta ja avaruutta mutta todellisuus oli jotakin vielä enemmän. Jotakin joka sopii hienosti Toscanan henkeäsalpaavan kauniisiin maisemiin. Tilaa oli riittävästi meidän 9 hengen perheseurueelle ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi sieltä. Altaalla viihdyttiin paljon, puutarhassa oli kaunista katseltavaa ja tilaa lasten juoksennella ja puuhata monenlaista. Kävelyetäisyydellä oli kyläkauppa ja ravintola, reilun 10 min. ajomatkan päässä oli isompi keskus ravintoloineen ja kauppoineen sekä upea lapsiystävällinen hiekkaranta jossa saimme viettää päivän omistajan rantaklubilla. Autoilla käytiin lähiseudun kylissä, kukkuloilla näkymiä ihailemassa, vähän kauempanakin päiväretkillä mm. Cinque Terressä joka on ihan must, huikeat maisemat kylistä ja patikoiden kylien väliä. Haikeaa oli lähteä pois. Piero on ystävällinen ja avulias isäntä, asiointi oli mutkatonta. Thank you Piero, hope we'll see again!

Als eerste de foto's op HomeAway doen geen recht aan de werkelijkheid. Wat een mooie plek als je de oprijlaan oprijdt. Het terrein is echt heel groot! Wij verbleven met 7 personen, 2 volwassenen en 5 kinderen in de leeftijd van 10 tot 16. Het huis heeft voldoende ruimte en je hebt niet het idee dat je elkaar in de weg loopt. Heerlijk is het dat er overal in alle kamers airconditioning is, huiskamer en slaapkamers. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om eigen maaltijden te bereiden, al gingen wij meestal uit eten. Genoeg leuke plekken op 20 minuten rij afstand, of zelfs de pizzeria (Renzo) in Piano di Mommi zelf. De wifi was (net) snel genoeg om alle kinderen te laten streamen. De veranda van het huis is een heerlijk plek om te zitten. Een lekker windje en prachtig uitzicht. Ook de zonsondergang levert mooie plaatjes op. Het zwembad is heerlijk en hebben we veel gebruikt. Op de rest van het terrein is een tennisbaan en een wellness gebied met jacuzzi en een paar fitness apparaten. Ook is er nog een tafeltennistafel. Kortom genoeg te doen voor ons als we niet buitenshuis waren. Het strand van Viareggio ligt op 15 minuten rijden en we zijn vaak naar de beachclub van Piero de eigenaar geweest. We hoefden maar te appen en hij had de bedjes en parasol voor ons geregeld. Sowieso was het contact met Piero uitstekend. Een warme en attente gastheer die klaarstond voor al onze wensen en vragen. De paar puntjes die er waren, werden direct door hem verholpen. Alleen voor hem zouden we al terugkomen. Dan nog paar kleine punten die we iets minder vonden. De badkamer beneden heeft alleen een bad om in te douchen, dat is onhandig want dan wordt alles nat. Dus in de praktijk moesten er 7 mensen boven douchen, dat is beetje onhandig. Er zijn 2 WC's in de badkamers. Fijner zou minimaal een aparte WC zijn geweest. De bovenverdieping ligt onder een schuin dak en is laag. Wij als lange Nederlanders kunnen daar niet makkelijk lopen (maar je went er wel snel aan). Conclusie: we hebben in Villa Sara twee heerlijke weken vakantie gehad. Piero is een geweldige gastheer.

Fantastic Villa, stunning garden and pool, wonderful host

Wir waren im Juli 2019 zum zweiten Mal in dieserm fantastischen Anwesen zu Gast (2 Familien mit je zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Schulkindern). Die Bilder können die Großzügigkeit des riesigen Außenbereiches gar nicht angemessen wiedergeben. Die Ausstattung ist absolut umwerfend und alles ist penibel gepflegt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, aber nicht isoliert. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist traumhaft. Piero, der Eigentümer des Anwesens kümmert sich perfekt um seine Gäste und ist ein sehr angenehmer und fürsorglicher Gastgeber, Wir können Villa Sara uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Grazie Piero!

Tolle Entspannung in perfekter Lage

Das sehr schöne und riesige Grundstück mit Tennisplatz, schönem Pool und mehrern Spots im Garten lädt zum Ausruhen und Verweilen ein. Wenn da nicht die tolle Umgebung wäre, die man vom Haus aus optimal ereicht. Nach Norden in die Marmorberge oder Cinqueterre nach Osten nach Pisa und Lucca oder Florenz (mit dem Zug !) oder einfach nur an den Strand in Viareggio oder Forte del Marmi. Abends dann in den schönen Ort Camaiore zum Pizzaessen. Wer also eine Mischung zwischen gemütlichem Rückzugsort und Aktivitäten sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 6-8 (auch 2 Familien, wir waren zu fünft). Alles piccobello sauber, gepflegt, funktioniert und reichlich vorhanden. Von der Küchenausstattung bis zu den Handtüchern. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass auch unser Hund nicht ausbüchsen konnte. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte perfekt und der Vermieter (Piero) ist sehr hilfsbereit und supernett. Wir würden 6 Sterne geben, wenn es ginge. 100% empfehlenswert.
