Location: This newly built villa is in a beautiful district of Camaiore and is located in a slightly hilly and quiet location. The house looks out over the Tuscan countryside. It is surrounded by large grounds with old olive trees. The property is completely fenced. The holiday home has a very well-kept large pool (12 meters x 6 meters and up to 2.5 meters deep), which is available to our guests from Mai to late September. The brick barbecue is available to guests. Garden furniture available.
Shopping and good food can be done on foot in Camaiore (approx. 1 km).
The house (a newly built farmhouse) with 2 apartments of approx. 160sqm offers plenty of space for 10-12 people. These 2 ground floor apartments are rented together and each has its own entrance. The decor is cozy and tasteful.
The first apartment offers a living-dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace - a kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds - a bedroom with a single bed which can be pulled out to a double bed - 2 bathrooms.
The second apartment with access to the garden offers 1 living room with fireplace - 1 kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom. Additional bed possible.

A large parking lot is by the house - the property is fenced and provided with an electric gate. WiFi free.
