About this villa rental

A short distance from a water park, sailing, and more, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 26-minute drive to Viareggio Beach or the 34-minute drive to Forte dei Marmi Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient covered onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 2368-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the hot tub; you may also like the garden and deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at foosball and table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

A living room, a dining area, a sofa bed, and a BBQ grill are featured at this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental. You can also use the jetted bathtub, plus other bathroom amenities like a bidet, towels, and soap. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a lobster pot. Nothing is missing at this location: from the beautiful architecture, the size of the kitchen (and outdoor kitchen) with all the facilities for barbecuing and dining, to the breathtaking view of the landscape and the sea from the pool and terrace. Also good to know: The villa is fully air-conditioned and has electric blinds in every room. Host Fabrizio was helpful in every situation and provided great tips on restaurants and excursions. We will definitely be back!
