Even tho it was a bit far from central Tokyo the access to transportation was fantastic and close, the are left safe and really inviting.

-I arrived early and caught someone cleaning and he offered to help with my luggage and showed me how to get into my room. -The station is a short walk away. There's a 711 a minute away. A small supermarket and a Ministop are a short walk away as well. -The staff messaged and tried to be friendly.

Prefacing with me somehow missing that everything but the bedroom is shared. I wouldn't have booked had I realized so that greatly increased my discomfort. If you don't mind that then you should be fine I suppose. -There's no front desk so communication with staff has to be done via messaging. -It's basically a weirdly converted apartment so the walls are VERY thin and I could hear the other guests clearly from my room. The other guests were quite noisy and generally inconsiderate which is why I always avoid shared bathrooms. -ALL visible vents were very dirty. -The ceiling lining in the shower room was very dirty. -The ceiling in the actual shower was dirty. -The shower door handle was kind of dirty. -If you use a rag or something else to shower, there's no adequate place to hang it in the actual shower. -There was no mirror in the bedroom. I was immensely irked about that. -The comforter/duvet was itchy. -The fridge kept making weird sounds. -Overall don't think value for money is there as I've stayed at actual hotels with fully private rooms and amenities offering similar prices.
