Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Der Inhaber war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Zur Begrüssung hat er uns eine Karte geschrieben und Toblerone hingelegt, das war eine wirklich aufmerksame Geste. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
Aufgrund der Hitzewelle und der Tatsache, dass es sich um eine Dachwohnung handelt, war es trotz der vorhandenen Ventilatoren teilweise sehr heiss. Auch war es nachts aufgrund des Strassenlärms etwas laut, da kann der Inhaber aber natürlich nichts dafür. Als kleine Anmerkung wäre es schön gewesen, wenn zusätzlich noch eine dünnere zweite Decke vorhanden gewesen wäre (da jemand oben und jemand unten auf dem Schlafsofa geschlafen hat).

A lovely apartment in the heart of Annecy. Very easy check in and check out with excellent communication with the owner. The apartment was very well equipped with lots of nice homely touches. Coffee machine with capsules and the chocolate bars were very welcome. As was the smell of fresh bread in the morning from the bakery next door!!
A few observations to help future guests. As described in the listing, the apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift. It was absolutely fine for us but those with poor mobility may struggle. Secondly, we stayed during a heat wave. The apartment was fitted with fans rather than air conditioning. It was a bit warm and sticky when the thermometer reached the thirties. Finally, the local area wakes early with bakeries cooking, cafes opening, etc. so noise levels increase from around 6am.

La ubicación es fabulosa
Tiene de todo, muy completo y todo nuevo y bueno
La bienvenida con agua , toblerones, café y una preciosa postal.
Sólo que hay que subir sin ascensor al cuarto piso
Tiene dos plantas y una de ellas es ático con lo que su temperatura es más crítica ,
Que resuelve con ventiladores ( en verano)
