I like the decor of the room. Colour scheme was lovely and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable.
I prefer to have my own bathroom. But I knew that wasn't possible when I booked it.

Fairly central
Bo breakfast but advertised as B&B! Parking a little difficult as road works outside.

Location was ideal for getting into Edinburgh. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Difficult to find the entrance

The good points are the location and the cleanliness of the property. Access is via an outside stair which elderly guests (like me) might find challenging. I failed to properly read the description and didn't realise that bathroom facilities were on a shared basis which I haven't experienced in over 50 years. The shared kitchen was confusing as the fridge seemed to be used by long term residents or whatever and it was not clear which items might have been available to guests. More, and clearer, guidance required on such matters.
