Location, ground floor, cleanliness, all essential things including toiletries, was excellent to have fans, easy access etc etc.
The chains to operate window blinds were at a height not easy to access. Electric hoovers if possible would be good for cleaning the floors. Similarly a good non spring foam mattress will be an added advantage for the company.

The location to the university was perfect for what we needed, the rooms were nicely furnished and spacious. Having an outside seating area was a bonus and having a parking space was great as off street would have been difficult.
We felt that we were staying in student accommodation and although the bathroom and kitchen were adequate they would be more appealing if upgraded.
