The value for money is incredible! The place is an amazing location, with an equipped kitchen, AC in the living room, and a nice bathroom, among other things. The host was also very polite and helpful at all times.
The apartment needs some maintenance/renovation. These are small issues, such as the AC leaking (a bucket is provided; this is a known issue), a partly stuck window, and the overall dated ambiance of the place.
