Très bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour en famille, l’espace est optimisé.

La hauteur sous plafond à l’étage n’est pas très pratique, mais très bien agencé pour optimiser cet espace tout de même.

It was wonderful. The check in and check out process was smooth. It took us 5-10 minutes to walk from the station and there was everything we needed in the home. I would definitely love to stay there again.

The toilet door had no lock. The bathroom hot water had only enough for 2 people. The stairs were too low for tall people to climb. Thats it , nothing else. everything else was really good and according to our expectations

The location was absolutely fantastic! Less than a 3 min walk from the train station, shops and restaurants. Easy access with the lock boxes and no need to worry about what time to check in. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with all amenities including towels, heating/air conditioner, bedrooms well made & one en-suite (upstairs room). We slept peacefully and on rainy days we could watch Netflix until the rain settled for us to walk out and find dinner spots or sightsee. Carrefour supermarket is a 2 min walk away for everything you need. The bedroom & bathroom upstairs is well equipped as well, warm and cosy. Entire place was well decorated and clean and we will be staying again.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione comoda, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, mentre le spiagge sono raggiungibili con un tragitto un po’ più lungo. È ben fornito di utensili da cucina ed elettrodomestici, ma gli spazi sono poco confortevoli e distribuiti in modo poco funzionale.

Il piano superiore presenta un soffitto molto basso, tanto che è facile sbattere la testa, e il bagno non è dotato di porta, un dettaglio che rende praticamente impossibile avere un minimo di privacy se si condivide la stanza con altre persone. L’aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato meno riguarda la gestione del check-out. Pur avendo pagato 50 € per le pulizie finali, ci è stato chiesto di smontare i letti, rimuovere la biancheria e riporla negli appositi contenitori, oltre a provvedere autonomamente allo smaltimento dei rifiuti e a lasciare l’appartamento pulito. Queste richieste non vengono chiaramente esplicitate al momento della prenotazione e le abbiamo trovate poco corrette, soprattutto considerando il costo del servizio di pulizia già incluso. Proprio durante lo smontaggio dei letti abbiamo inoltre notato che i cuscini e i coprimaterassi erano visibilmente macchiati e ingialliti, un particolare che non trasmette certo un’idea di cura e igiene. Anche il check-in e l’accesso alla struttura avvengono completamente in autonomia: i gestori non sono presenti, non accolgono gli ospiti e non forniscono alcun supporto diretto. Nel complesso, quindi, il livello di assistenza è davvero minimo. Per questi motivi non consiglierei questa struttura a chi desidera una vacanza all’insegna del relax, senza doversi occupare di incombenze domestiche prima della partenza.
