Really good communication before my stay, with clear instructions for entry. The owner clearly wants to create a high quality comfortable place to stay. The laundry facility was extremely useful with separate washing machine and dryer - in itself is a reason to stay. I'd stay again.
Some road noise and being ground floor it didn't feel very private unless the blinds were closed, making the room dark. This is a minor point and there isn't anything I can think of that the owner could do.

Instructions for parking and entry to premises were simple. Although we found it after a few minutes, the car park of the property is about five yards from a main road. However you cannot turn into that road (Graham Road) as it is one way. Therefore, you have to find the other end of Graham Road, travel to the top and the car park is there. This is all explained in the instructions you get.
