Największym atutem jest lokalizacja
Może trafiliśmy na złą pogodę (upał) ale otwarcie okien wiązało się z mimowolnym uczestnictwem w życiu mieszkańców domu. Okna są usytuowane od strony podwórka. Może warto pomyśleć o zainstalowaniu klimatyzacji bo latem trudno tam wytrzymać przy południowo zachodniej wystawie okien

The apartment is next to a busy street so if you are noise sensitive, just take some ear plugs (just to be clear - the noise is not terrible, just noticeable).
