Obszerny pokój, bardzo fajnie rozwiązana kuchnia. Duży pozytyw. Świetne materace. Komfortowo się spało. Wszelkie niezbędne rzeczy, szczególnie wyposażenie kuchni bez zarzutu. Miejsce zdecydowanie na plus, z małymi ale, które w innej części ankiety.
Albo czytelna instrukcja obsługi tv w pokoju albo inne rozwiązanie telewizji. Nie wszystkie osoby sobie poradzą z tv, a starsze nie mają szans. Zmiana umywalki na większą z pewnością podniesie komfort korzystania z łazienki. Zdecydowanie za mała. Kontakt z obsługą słabiutki. Odpowiedzi na sms-y nawet powyżej 24h. Nie wyobrażam sobie takiego kontaktu w przypadku wystąpienia jakieś awarii w mieszkaniu.

wcześniejsze powiadomienie o tym ,że to mieszkanie w bloku, a nie hotel. Powiadomienie o kontakcie telefonicznym numerze innym niż na wydruku rezerwacji (numer z wydruku nie odpowiadał). gdyby mi się rozładował telefon telefon to dostęp do apartamentu byłby niemożliwy ! Spałbym z dzieckiem chyba w aucie !!!

Mieszkanie fajnie wyposażone, było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy z wyjątkiem dostępu do tv. Tv była tylko internetowa, gdzie trzeba było się zalogować. Po zgłoszeniu problemów z dostępem do tv, brak reakcji . To samo po zgłoszeniu faktu uszkodzonego łóżka, które zastaliśmy i uległo dalszemu zepsuciu. W konsekwencji, gdyby nie zaradność męża, skazani bylibyśmy na spanie na podłodze.
Utrudniony kontakt - właściciel preferował sms-y, na które w końcu przestał reagować. Informacja, że w przypadku burzy, piecyk gazowy się wyłącza i nie ma ciepłej wody, więc trzeba go ponownie włączyć.
