Bardzo ładne mieszkanko,ciepło i przyjemnie.Na wyposażeniu jest prawie wszystko co potrzeba.Odległość od ,,Biedronki,, ok.1 km.
Ponieważ to mieszkanie w bloku, słychać sąsiadów z każdej strony.Łóżko jest niewygodne,a właściwie materac do wymiany bo jest zbyt miękki i za cienki.Listewki pod nim się przesuwają i tworzą się dziury.Może te listewki dobrze by było delikatnie przykręcić do ramy, zmienić materac i nikt nie będzie narzekał🤔😏

Lokalizacja mimo że na uboczu, cicho i spokojnie to dosłownie "rzut kamieniem" od starego centrum Wałbrzycha. Parking ogólnodostępny ale zawsze puste miejsca do zaparkowania. Kontakt z właścicielem super.

Lokalizacja apartamentu gdzie jest blisko do centrum, sklepów lub do parku. Samo mieszkanie choć widać że trochę przez niego ludzi przeszlo ale sam chciałbym takie mieć. Dla mnie wszystko na plus i wanna bardzo mi się spodobała. Bardzo polecam
Brak prywatności bo z każdej strony mieszkania i w nich rodziny które mieszkają. Ale każdy co innego lubi.
