Bardzo duży, przestronny i czysty apartament. Zero problemów z sąsiadami. Dwie osobne sypialnie, łazienka, toaleta, kuchnia i salon. Blisko do sklepów. Dobre miejsce na wynajem na Festiwal Kwiatów na Zamku Książ.
Zmwarka ledwo daje rade. Lata 90 i trzeszcząca podłoga (bo drewniana) - ale nam nie przeszkadzało.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Dostęp do internetu bezproblemowy. W salonie duży smart TV i miły akcent w postaci pakietu powitalnego na stole. W sumie można się poczuć jak u siebie.
Z mankamentów to nie dało się ustawić TV do odbioru kanałów, okna są chyba jeszcze oryginalne, oraz rozkładana cześć kanapy w salonie wymaga wyprania.

Stylowo urządzone i przytulne mieszkanie w bloku z windą na spokojnym osiedlu. Na powitanie czekała na nas miła niespodzianka. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone. W kuchni dużo naczyń (brak sitka), zmywarka, duża lodówka, piekarnik, pralka, żelazko. Bez problemu można zaparkować przed blokiem. W okolicy sklepy i restauracje. Dobra komunikacja, blisko bloku przystanek autobusowy. Do zamku Książ spacerkiem koło godziny.
Odgłos jeżdżącej windy za ścianą od wczesnych godzin porannych.
