Dobra lokalizacja, obok przystanek bezpłatnej komunikacji miejskiej. Czysto, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko to, czego potrzeba, urządzone w fajnym klimacie.
Mieszkanie choć wyremontowane, to dotknięte różnymi drobnymi uszkodzeniami i nieprzemyślanymi rozwiązaniami. Ogrzewanie: wymontowane termostaty w grzejnikach, przez co poziom ogrzewania jest ograniczony do jednej pozycji. Jak dla mnie brakowało o poranku tych kilku stopni więcej w mieszkaniu. Oświetlenie: Jak dla mnie przesadne i musiałem wykręcić część żarówek w pokoju jak i w salonie, ponieważ nie ma możliwości włączenia tylko częściowego oświetlenia w pomieszczeniach. W kuchni włącznik nie działał w ogóle. W kuchni też unosił się dość mało przyjemny zapach.
