Po przybyciu pod wskazany adres chwila grozy i przerażenia. Pytanie czy to na pewno tu ? 😂 Budynek zdecydowanie przed remontem a klatka schodowa Chile swojej świetności ma dawno za sobą. Jednak po wejściu do apartamentu wielka ulga. Mieszkanie wyremontowane, ładnie urządzone. Czyściutko i ładnie. Bardzo przyjemne lokum dobrze wyposażone.
Bliskość ulicy którą nawet nocą często jadą samochody. Przy uchylonych oknach osobom przyzwyczajonym do ciszy będzie raczej trudno zasnąć.

Piękne położony, tuż przy parku Zdrojowym, wokół mnóstwo zieleni. Wyposażenie wystarczające na krótki pobyt. Dobry kontakt z obsługą.
Wejście do budynku trochę nieciekawe, ale zakładam że remont w trakcie i będzie tylko lepiej

Świetna lokalizacja. Ładne i dosyć wygodne mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażone w naczynia do gotowania i zastawę stołową. Duża i wygodna łazienka. Miedzkanie czyste a pościel świeża. Łóżko wygodne i plus za garderobę. Mieszkało nam się wygodnie.
Klatka schodowa i samo wejście do budynku w stanie okropnym. Nikt nie sprząta a drzwi wejsciowe otwarte bez przerwy. W budynku trwają remonty. Sama elewacja też wygląda nie najlepiej. W mieszkaniu brakuje szczotki do zamiatania i jakiegoś mopa, nie mówiąc już o odkurzaczu.
