Die Lage ist gut, direkt im Zentrum. Trotzdem ruhig. Biedronka und Żabka ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen groß genug. Badezimmer groß und geräumig. Kochgelegenheit im Überfluss. Geschirr reicht aus für 2 Personen. Keine Weingläser vorhanden.
Die Umgebung rund um das Haus könnte mehr gepflegt sein Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Parkplatz auf dem Hof vorhanden aber sehr eng. Manchmal mußten sich Leute absprechen um ausfahren zu können. Ales in ganzen gut gewesen.

Plusem tego apartamentu jest jego cena, wielkość i lokalizacja blisko centrum miasta i przystanków autobusowych. Na dworzec Wałbrzych Fabryczny 10-15 minut spacerkiem.
Zdecydowanym minusem czystość - pajęczyny, jakieś zostawione rzeczy w workach w szafie. Wyposażenie apartamentu nadszarpnięte zębem czasu.
