Apko Hut Gudauri

Apko is a beautiful, cozy hut on the mountain side with an uninterrupted view of the surrounding mountains and valley. It has a lovely balcony out the front - ideal for a relaxing afternoon drink. The kitchen facilities as well as bathroom supplies are excellent. The owner was easily contactable, and someone was waiting with the keys on our arrival.

Just be aware that the road leading up to the property is badly damaged and not suitable for regular cars. We had to leave the car at the bottom of the driveway and carry our bags up the 50m driveway which was a fairly step walk with suitcases. While there are beds available for up to 8 people, there is only 1 bathroom/shower. This didn't affect us as we were only 2, but something to bear in mind if you are a big group. The bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs. It is a fairly steep, low roof staircase which is a bit treacherous at night. Again, not a big deal for us, but definitely an issue if you have anyone with you who is less agile.

רק דבר אחד חבל שלא היה גלילי נייר טואלט מספיק והיינו צריכים לבקש כמה פעמים

הכל מעולה הבעלים מאוד נחמד ונתן לנו מתנה צנצנת דבש, מאוד חמוד וישר עונה ועוזר, המיקום והנוף מדהים המקום נקי ויש בו המון המון מתקנים ועזרים מאוד שמחנו גם הבעלים לפני שנגיע דאג לחמם את כל המקום
