Overall, I really liked everything. The rooms are clean and spacious, close to ski lifts, shops, and cafes. It's warm and cozy inside.
There were some issues with service and maintenance; we received the included items late.

Great location near ski lifts. Good space for a group of family and friends including teenagers
New gudauri is noisy and this property is above a very lively bar.. however, all of new gudauri is noisy in my opinion as sound travels far in cold air and there’s a lot of partying going on in general. We had some issues with WiFi and seals of windows not being sound/smell proof but owners are looking into it and will fix it

Złączone apartamenty dają możliwość zamieszkania większej grupie osób, co jest bardzo dobrą opcją i bardzo polecam. Zdjęcia zgodne z tym co zastaliśmy po przyjeździe. Obiekt bardzo blisko stacji gondoli na czym nam zależało bo był to wyjazd na narty. Bardzo miła osoba zarządzająca wynajętym lokum, która odpowiadała na każde pytanie i była dostępna w razie problemów choć żadnych nie było. Polecam pod każdym względem. 😊
