Atrium New Gudauri

Excellent location and a great place to stay. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. It is right next to the ski lift. Most importantly, the host was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay—always available for any questions and very forthcoming whenever we needed assistance. He went above and beyond of what I would otherwise expect from our hosts. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Einfache Abwicklung über den Schlüsselkasten, tolle Ausstattung. Im Sommer merkt man, dass das Hotel auf Sparflamme läuft aber für uns hat alles gut gepasst.

Nicht alle Lampen haben funktioniert daher war es abends etwas dunkel im Zimmer

A lot of technical devices like vacuum cleaner and wash machine, tv, microwave tea kittle electrical and tea service , cooker. The biggest + is the heating. The interior is nice, the nice view to the mountains .

No reception there, bad communication, no internet, no food (sugar pepper salt), no toothbrush and toothpaste,at night the light turned off one time. The pool is closed but nobody informed about that. In general the building is not finished and people still build it.
