Panorama Vista Gudauri Apartments

Excellent position, right next to the ski slops. Very clean, modern and with an amazing view to the Gudauri mountains full of snow. I totally recommend! 😃

Location was very good, right on the 'Pirivelli' green slope and 'Soliko' ski lift. Very tidy and clean, with excellent ski storage facilities. The balcony was a fantastic amenity. Beds were comfortable, and the shower was really good.

Lack of shops around the area, closest is in New gudauri which is a 27gel taxi journey (≈£10/€10). Limited number of plug sockets. Limited amenities. Half decently well equipped but would have at least liked tea towels.

Location in terms of proximity to the ski lift is fine. The apartment is clean and bright. There is a ski depot downstairs. The host Andrea is easily reachable via Whatsapp and answers quickly.

I feel I paid too much for what we got. Third bed and third pillow were absolutely inadequate: bed was too hard and too short to be considered anything but an emergency bed for a child (but then again, it's too hard) and the pillow was really terrible. If I booked the apartment for two people, I would give it higher mark but the price point would have been too high. This was my first time staying in Gudauri and I booked last minute but next time I'll be aware of the pricing (for the money I paid I would have gotten meals included if I stayed in a local hotel nearby). Also, nobody cleans outside the apartment building so it was all icy when we arrived, and walking outside to and from the ski lift was precarious. Overall, if Andrea rents it out next time for 2 people only, and fixes minor inconveniences we encountered in the apartment (malfunctioning water faucet and shower in the bathroom included), I would recommend this apartment for the next renters because it's bright, clean, has a balcony and is near the ski lift (but it is not possible to ski to or from it).
