Great location, 2 min walk from the main gondola. Ski rental, storage right there. Restaurants, small supermarkets 2 steps away. Very nicely furnished, modern, 2 bedrooms. All spacious, well thought through for skiers.
As the apartman house is right there with windows opening on a small center square, there was laud music every day from 6-10/11 pm, which was still bearable, but if someone wants silence, or with small children, this is probably not the right place. We could still sleep well.

Great location, good size of the apartment, clean, well furnished and good storage. The communication with the host was good as well
I wish there was a bit more kitchen utensils, like chopping board, few more knives etc just to be able to make breakfast

Clean, Spacious with everything a family with kids would need.
Heating should be better but that is a general problem in the building

The apartment is in New Gudauri and very conveniently located as far as accessing the lifts (around 3 minute walk) and close to a grocery store and a very good ski rental shop and great restaurants such as the Black Dog. The apartment had everything we needed such as a kitchen for breakfast and making meals, good internet and comfortable beds.
If you have a chance to stay here, I recommend you take it!
On the 2nd day of our 4 day stay, one of the two elevators stopped working and was not fixed as of when we left. Also, ski lockers would not lock - a very small issue since we just took our ski equipment upstairs.
