The location of ski in and ski out
the layout of the apartment, as its 2 storey, its awkward that the bathroom / shower is not at the same level with the bedrooms

Ideal location, you can go from ski depot right to the slopes. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Warm. Nice building with a reception and good views from the windows.
One of the bedrooms does not have windows, which is not shown in the photos. Two advertised bathrooms are actually two toilets but only one shower, which is not enough for 5 people on a ski vacation. Couch is way too soft to sleep on it. Everything is falling apart - heater in the bathroom was leaking, light in the bedroom was flickering, one of door handles fell off and others were not far from it. We complained, but it was not fixed during our stay. There was no spare toilet paper or trash bags.
