Knoll View Glamping Tent

Enormous thanks to Steph, Harry and Harry's Mum! Our stay could not have been more pleasurable. We were made to feel very welcome which is always a great start to any long weekend. It was also a birthday treat for my wife. Steph and the family left a birthday card and some prosecco as a present. Such a lovely touch and we were very grateful for the kind thought. We were delayed arriving and discovered Harry had waited for us a long time beyond our planned arrival. Harry called us and said his Mum would meet us to show us around when we arrived. The pods all have a commanding view over the countryside. Sitting in the comfort of our deck we could see the far horizon and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The accommodation is cosy and the bed was comfortable. We were provided with towels and extra blankets if we needed them. The interior of the pods are decorated tastefully and we felt we had everything we needed. There is mains power too if you require it. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom facilities are clean and well kept. The location of the site is just a few minutes drive from the centre of Cheddar village and there are some lovely walks to be had throughout the area. The evenings were quiet and relaxing at the site which was our intention when we booked. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended and sincere thanks for making our stay a truly memorable one, S&J

A really exceptional place to stay. The initial communication and friendly greeting, the immaculate facilities (the shower was better than my one at home), and a beautiful tent with a very comfortable bed and everything provided. Only a handful of tents and a stunning view makes it an incredibly peaceful and relaxing place to stay. We will definitely go back.

Nothing - it was all spot on.

Great location close to all attractions, very quiet, a lot of privacy. The tent is spacious, bed comfortable, exceeded our expectations, comes with electricity, drinking water, gas grill, fire pit and picnic area. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful view of sunset. The barn kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster and has a beautiful seating area with wood burner and is available 24/7.The host was very friendly, advised us with local amenities and beautiful walking trails. We will be definitely coming back.
