The apartment was located in the city centre and was easy to access public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. And the apartment was very clear, and the host, lovely lady Gaia, helped us a lot with all our requirements. Highly recommended.

it's modern internally
It was unprepared for guests, we had keys reserved for the cleaning service, to make up a bed, the fold out bed was left open, it appears that the cleaners did not complete their task in total on the day.
The Towels were new, unwashed and did not dry the body.
Accessing the property was a nightmare, convoluted and delayed by several hours into late at night.
No parking was provided when in fact parking was to be included.
No wi-fi was provided when it was to be included.
The departure too was inconvenienced by delayed information relating to keys.
Dealing with management was unacceptable they are ill equipped to facilitate their customer.
