No bfast on the property, great location, clean, very friendly host and accommodating who checked us in earlier.
Not enough supplies like toilet paper, soap and shampoo, no English Channel on tv, code is only good for 1 person for 6 days, no laundry soap, aircon fan directed at people in bed which makes it difficult to sleep.

Close to the Vatican
The toaster provided could not be used as the very first time we tried to use it the fuse tripped off, so we didn’t use it anymore.
The plastic kettle provided for boiling drinking water, water would smell of plastic after water being heated and would taste funny, so could not use this too.

Perfect location if you want to visit the Vatican
The bed was too soft for someone like me, who's got back problems, sliped disk.
I was requested to pay extra city fee. It should have been included in the price, as it's already not cheap.
