It is very cozy. Have a nice kitchen and bathroom. It’s is very close to bus and train stations, markets and restaurants. Host is very helpful with everything.
Internet in one room is poor but it is ok. Time to rest from internet :)

It was nice to have a kitchen area and place to do washing. The property was close to Trastavere station which was ideal for getting to the airport easily.
The area is not quite as vibey for restaurants as other parts of Trastavere. So you will have to catch a bus to that area.

Amazing Stay! Host was so helpful and kind. Our plane was delayed and still he personally greeted us at 0100!! Very responsive and great communication. Breakfast at the cafe- he gives you a ticket and the staff treats you like family. Very authentic Italian cafe experience. Amazing location near Bus/Train station. We went to the Sunday Bizarre/Flea Market that goes on for kilometers.
Ask about the hot water- it takes a long time to heat up but Host will adjust it for you and then it gets hot!

The host, even with little English, assisted us as much as he could with getting Taxi's and local transportation info. This was especially helpful after my iPhone was solen.
The WiFi only worked in the kitchen area - not in the adjoining bedroom.
