立地の良さ、設備が綺麗、部屋が広い、スタッフが優しい、ジャンプーだけでなく、コンディショナーがある
場所がわかりにくい （同じ建物にホテルがたくさんある。ホテルがフロアごと違う。華達大飯店と同じ建物の5階） 設備が心もとない（ドアノブやコンセント部の取付など）ところがある ハンドソープがない
