This is a great hotel near Taipei main station. Modern room. Pleasant staff. Rather difficult to find as there is no outside sign for the hotel, just a small sign inside another hotel building.

Awesome location with bath tub in the bathroom. However, security, services and visibility of the hotel can be improved as access and direction to the hotel are quite a concern. General lift is use to enter the lobby and rooms. We had a quadruple room but towers were insufficient to use during the visit. Window is not available in our room too. Overall, good budget hotel with great location.

You'd think having dependable hot water would be a prerequisite to renting out rooms to travelers. However, when I wanted to take a shower at 6PM one night, I was met with nothing but ice cold water. When I asked the staff at the front desk, he immediately had an explanation, which tells me they knew about the situation. Apparently, the hot water tower needs to recharge around the afternoon/evening everyday, so we'd be without hot water during this time. You'd think this would be something they would've mentioned before, or something they'd address before booking these rooms. But no. They knew about it, and they chose to take my money anyway. I finally got hot water around 9PM that night. On the second night, the hot water was already gone by 5PM, and didn't come back until 10PM. The way the staff explained it, was as if this were acceptable, or a normal situation. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. I can't even... We won't be coming back.
