Quiet, cosy chalet in a country setting teaming with bird life.
Quiet country location with a 6 mile drive into Inverness. Chalet was roomy with excellent facilities.
Warmer weather so we could appreciate the outdoor settings.

What a great little find!
Loved the log burner and the peace and quiet.
The shower was tiny. I am a little person, and found it a challenge. My husband would never have managed.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in in a while! The place was clean and Shirley was exceptionally nice! It was easy to find with a conviennent bus stop by the main road.

One woman and two Goldens
Shirley is a wonderful host and was very welcoming to me and my two Goldens, who were able to play in her garden The location is very restful, set in a rural, woodland area, just off the main road, but you don't hear it at all. Surrounded by farmland and animals, it was a perfect stay. The cabin itself is beautiful, with every commodity you could ask for. All in all, it's a great place to stay, and I will certainly return on my next trip south.
It's not that I didn't like it, but the shower cubicle is a little smaller than I am used to, so there's not a lot of space to move, but the shower provided lots of hot water, so that was great.
