Comfy lodge,well equipped.In good location with walking from the front door.Very quiet and peaceful.no traffic noise.

Some areas of the lodge are looking a bit tired,especially the bathroom,which had a bath with shower curtain.The heater did not work nor the light over the sink.tiles had started to lift on the floor.

Strathpeffer holiday

very clean and well equipped lodge, comfy seating area and beds, peaceful and quiet. We didn't use the car for a few days as happy to explore the woods and many walks in the area on foot.

we were very happy but comfy outdoor seats on the verandah would have been perfect for watching the sunset in the evening.

Schmutzig, defekte Heizung und Kühlschrank - Lage sehr schön.

Die Lage im Wald ist sehr schön und ruhig. Das hat uns sehr gefallen.

Die Sauberkeit hat uns nicht gefallen bzw. es war nicht sauber. Wir mussten erst einmal den Backofen usw. reinigen (siehe Fotos). Die Tür des Gefrierfachs ist kaputt gewesen und blieb nicht mehr zu, was dazu führte, dass sich im Kühlschrank an der Rückwand Eis angelagert hat. Unsere Eier sind in Kontakt gekommen mit der Rückwand und im Kühlschrank gefroren. Die Eier sind geplatzt und waren nur noch für den Müll zu gebrauchen (siehe Fotos). Der Drehschalter der Heizung im Schlafzimmer mit den 2 Betten war geschmolzen und ein Einstellen der Heizung war fast unmöglich (siehe Foto). Im Bad waren noch fremde Haare überall und viel Staub. In den Ecken sind überall Spinnweben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
