Absolutely amazing!!

Stunning views, warm welcome. Thermometer was spotless and we were treated with snacks. We were guided to new areas to visit, very knowledgeable!

The location is tucked in the back of a roadway. A more visible sign would have made our first introduction better.

So clean. Larger than expected. Fabulous views. Catherine was just brilliant. Went out of her way to make sure we had dinner organised. Couldnt believe there was a breakfast box on both mornings for us......honestly this is definitely excellent value for money. 5 stars from us - thank you Catherine !

A relaxing, immaculate place to stay with a beautiful view

The view was stunning. I could have sat at the window all day! We liked that we had freedom to come and go as it suited us. We loved that the accommodation was immaculate, was fresh and had everything available that we would need. There were fresh fruit and snacks available as well as a beautiful breakfast basket. There were also facilities to make tea and coffee.

The signal for the TV can be a bit unpredictable but has to be expected in such a remote area. It wasn't a problem for us as we didn't use it much. The spiral staircase to access the rooms may be an issue for some but I'm sure contacting Catherine the host, arrangements could be made.

Super.

We received a very warm welcome from our host and were fully informed about the facilities available to us during our stay. Our room was beautifully appointed and the views were superb. Well lit in the carparking area for our return after dinner with a bright entrance doorway and hall leading to our room. We look forward to further stays at this property. As the surrounding areas offer super day trips in the car in all directions, it makes a perfect base with good dining options in Strathpeffer on your return.

The chairs in the room are comfortable but personally we would have liked a chair with arms.

Every detail was taken care of in a great way. The hosts were very kind, they also gave us useful information for the rest of our trip. Will definitely visit again !

A bonnie spot and a very nice room, efficiently managed.

The rate was without breakfast. But, in reality, there was plenty (if you are happy with continental style, of course), this was a pleasant aspect to the room amenities. The bathrobes provided were a nice touch, also the pod coffee, cola and treats.

Lovely comfortable room with everything we needed (and more) for our overnight stay

Last minute booking, brilliant communication with Catherine, including clear & precise directions to reach property, and suggestions for dinner in Stathpeffer that evening. Separate guest entrance via lovely spiral staircase allowing us independent access. Within walking distance of the town square, easy parking on the property. Lots of thoughtful little extras including a grab n go breakfast basket

Such a lovely, quiet and relaxing accommodation

This was the best of all our accommodations on our road trip. The room is so comfortable, the views are amazing. I would have loved to stay a couple more nights. The complimentary water bottles were great, and very much appreciated. The owners were great with communication and checking in to make sure all was going well.

In a very quiet area. Everything was to a very high standard and extremely comfortable.

The metal spiral staircase was not easy to negotiate with luggage for anyone with joint problems.

A beautiful stay

A beautiful home stay, in an equally beautiful part of Scotland. A great welcome from Catherine, we stayed in Room 2, which was so comfortable, clean, and everything thought of. The grab n go breakfast basket is a fantastic idea and was perfect for our needs.

Look no further ーー a rare find, high quality accommodation for road trip

The room was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and full of nice treats. Catherine greeted us warmly upon arrival, and communication was great throughout our stay. The shower pressure was perfect and we slept incredibly well thanks to the blackout curtain. In the evening, we took a nice walk around the quiet neighbourhood to get fresh air. I wished we could stay longer!

Lovely overnight stay

Lovely comfortable room with everything we needed( and more) for our overnight stay. Catherine greeted us warmly on arrival and showed us to our room, enquiring if we needed anything else to enhance our stay before taking leave. Separate guest entrance via lovely spiral staircase allowing us independent access. Had a great sleep as very comfortable bed and really enjoyed power shower with massage function. We had expected to have to go out to find breakfast but was delighted to find that Catherine had provided us with a tasty continental basket.

Cant think of anything that Catherine hasn’t already put in place, even offering to check with her husband if his taxi was available to take us home from concert we were attending. We decided that the 10 min walk from The Pavillion would do us good, getting a bit more of a workout on the incline over last couple of minutes.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Beautiful, sparkling clean spacious room, with ensuite bathroom. Snacks, some breakfast, tea and coffee provided (with coffee machine). Very easy communication with landlady and smooth check in. Easy parking on the property. Very quiet area. We had a beautiful night!

Fantastic view and beautiful room.

Location and standard of accommodation were fantastic. The couple who own the place were very friendly and helped recommend what to do and where to eat locally. Everything in the room was clean and modern, also tea/coffee and biscuits were provided. I really loved this place and plan on returning.

Ideal place to relax.

The location is superb. Room is very clean and tidy. Perfect colour matching with relaxing interior environment. Owners are very friendly and caring. The most important thing is the beautiful view through the front window.
