KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cooking utensils, knife set, drip coffee maker + starter kcups, cookware, eating utensils, and serving ware.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Private fenced screened lanai, as well as a patio w/ built in seating and a private yard with full privacy fence.
GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi, linens/towels, washer/dryer, sheets, towels, etc.
ESSENTIALS: We provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Depending on the length of stay and your preferences, you may need to purchase additional supplies. However, we do our best to ensure the home is stocked well for your stay. BYOB toiletries!
PARKING: The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles parked directly in front in the driveway. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by.
