The Admiral is a mere 1-minute walk to the beach with no streets to cross. It's a newly remodeled townhome that features:
1. fully equipped kitchen, including coffee maker and dishwasher
2.fully lit, fenced in back patio for sunset and nighttime social activity, plus private outdoor shower
3. Parking for up to three vehicles

The living room has comfortable seating with a Roku TV set in guest mode. Just enter the dates of your stay, log into all your favorite streaming services, and upon check-out, you will automatically be signed out of all your accounts.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the major appliances\utensils, including:

-Dishwasher
-Oven/Stovetop
-Pots and pans

This was a clean property with easy access to a great beach and spectacular sunsets. Communication with the owner was easy, as was check in and check out. There are available beach items like a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Although this is a pet-friendly property, be aware that Mexico Beach does not allow pets. Our well-trained dog, who loves the beach, was very disappointed.

Great place, alittle road noise since it is the outside townhome but since it was pet friendly and you were right beside the grass to take the dog out made the road noise something we could definitely live with. Host were great with there communication checking in on us making sure our stay was going good. Just a short ride to the beach and in walking distance to a general store , brewery and food. We will stay here again.

It was a great place for us. The only feedback I have is that the kitchen could use a few more utensils. Potato peeler, more forks, plastic ware for food storage, etc.
