The private pool can be heated any time of year for an additional fee (**$60/day**) and must be heated for the duration of your stay. The fee is collected after booking.

DOGS ARE WELCOME!
The home is dog friendly only—up to **2 dogs weighing no more than 50 lbs each** (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis—please message us before booking).
Dogs must be included on the reservation, and the $250 pet fee is due at the time of booking.
Dogs are not permitted on furniture and must be crated anytime they are left unattended.
**An undisclosed pet fee of $400 per dog will be charged for any dog brought to the property without being included on the reservation and paid for prior to check-in.**
We encourage all guests to purchase **travel insurance** through the booking platform or a third-party provider. Life happens, and travel insurance can help protect your vacation investment if your plans change. Please note that we do not make exceptions to our cancellation policy, regardless of the reason.
PARKING:
* Parking for **3–4 vehicles maximum**
* Parking is permitted in the designated driveway only
* Boat parking available for boats up to **25 feet** with prior owner approval
* No trailers or campers
* No street parking
THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).
*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.
The entire house is yours!
You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.
The home has 3 ring cameras - one at the front door, one at the side of the house overlooking the putting green, and one overlooking the backyard entrance to the house - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis
The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:
Must sign rental agreement.
Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.
This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.
You must be 25YO to book this home and present for the entire stay.
No 3rd party bookings. Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without any refund and forfeiture of security deposit.
