Escape the crowds in Mexico Beach in this newly constructed condo sitting mere steps from the beach! With breathtaking gulf front views that can be enjoyed from your private balcony and just a few steps to the beach! This 2-bedroom condo sleeps 6 easily with a king bed, a queen bed with a twin trundle, and a sofa bed. Everyone will slip into vacation mode in no time. The sunsets are magical! Port St Joe is just 15 minutes away and Panama City is 35 minutes from our home. Mexico Beach is magical with its sugary white sands.
f you are traveling between the months of June-November Travel Insurance is highly recommended during the storm season. Airbnb does offer insurance at check out.
Pet Fee is $175 for up to 2 pets under 40 pounds

No dogs over 40 pounds
A damage deposit is added to each reservation to cover any damages that may be incurred during your stay. This deposit will be refunded 5 days after your stay is completed.

Everything was top quality from towels to kitchen utincils and appliances.My only suggestion would be an elevator especially for nearly handicapped like me.Micheal was an excellent host

Had a great stay. Place is roomy, clean, decorated and comfy. Views and distance to beach are perfect! Will be staying again.
