Conveniently positioned for both water and beach activities, this condo invites you to indulge in the best of Mexico Beach's coastal lifestyle. Whether you're lounging on the sands, exploring the Gulf on your boat, or simply savoring the breathtaking views, this condo promises an idyllic escape in the heart of Florida's Gulf Coast.

*3-5 min walk to the beach
*Only one parking spot underneath, overflow parking is behind the pool
*Boat Dock is the dock that is on an angle, it will have the number 105 on it.
* Boat Instructions: $25 fee to park your boat trailer at Mexico Beach Boat Ramp during your stay (approximately 200 yards away from Seaworthy). You can leave your trailer there, put your boat on the slip and then park your truck at the condo in the designated spot for your unit.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

*Any disorderly conduct on or off the property may lead to eviction

*Please be sure to follow this home's pet policy-get any exceptions approved prior to booking. $150 fee up to 2 dogs, 50 lb max each and crated if home alone.
*No staff present. Contactless check in
*Home has mattress/pillow protectors and washable duvet covers
This rental does require you to climb stairs if the elevator is not functioning, however there is an elevator (pictured). 
**Lift must be out of the water when not in use, if left in water there will be a $200 fee. 

Additional information regarding boat slips included in rental:
Boat Slip for "V Hull" only. This slip is not for lifting pontoons or other Hulls. 
We could possible allow those types but you cannot lift it. You would need to leave the lift in the water. 
On a normal tide, the boat slip will accommodate a 34"-36" draft
The chocks from front to back are 11" & 6" from center to center. 
The chocks are 45" apart, center to center. 
Proof of insurance policy to use boat slip is required prior to using the boat slip lift.
