About this bed and breakfast
It's located in a clean, easy commute to city centre by luas/tram and by bus ( 5 minute walk ). Citywest Shopping Centre nearby and a park just in front of the house. Lake close by. Comfortable bed and lots of space. Greenery. !!FROM OCTOBER ON, ONLY FEMALE GUESTS ALLOWED BECAUSE ITS A OWNER OCCUPIED HOME!!

The host was lovely but the room left a lot to be desired. The listing appeared to be a 2bed property but it was actually one of two rooms being let in a family home. The 1st evening the shower was warm and no hot water after that, we only had 2 hand towels too. Didn't appear to have been cleaned (hair in the shower, grubby mirrors, personal things everywhere, etc). As it was just a room, a couple of chairs and a kettle would have been nice but the host was happy to let us put food items in the fridge and use the kettle.It was a lot cheaper that most other places in Dublin and right next to public transport so honestly if the cleanliness was up to scratch and just a little tweaking so it was less like a kids room it would be fine.
