super friendly staff; zoe and chanel were very nice and obviously work very hard. The room was compact and is right outside adjacent to one of the distilleries and hop on/hop off buses. The only issue and ifs a big one is the smells and stench of cigarettes. People are either smoking in their rooms outside their windows or the smell is coming up from people smoking their cancer candy canes on the sidewalk below. You need to put a giant sign in each room, on each door, in each elevator, in each common area and at check in - big, giant letters - ‘ANY smoking in the room or on this premises is a 1000 Euro fine.’ You are getting there by having signage about not smoking in the courtyard - and that’s a big start/ but why should my health and well being be cursed by the chances of getting cancer from second hand smoke because scum of the earth want to smoke in their rooms out the window or at the buildings perimeter??? Why do I
have to risk my life because of someone’s nicotine addiction. Is that fair; to potentially die?- the cig smoke was so bad it woke me up from sleeping as it was impossible to breathe. However - all staff needs to be commended for being so nice with dealing with so many people - stay cool- ken
