The perfect place to stay for a couple of days. It’s close to the center and easy to move around the city with the buses
    Completely different from the picture!
There was hot water and sometimes not water at all!

ideal for one night only, it is not possible to spend more time
convenient location for getting around by public transport warm apartment
Ideal only for sleeping, impossible to cook. The kitchen is always dirty and has few pots and pans, very old and damaged. No forks, only makeshift dishes.

    DONT STAY HERE
    Decent rooms
The arrival process was initially easy. On the day of arrival, we were provided with check-in information and access codes. The code worked for the main entrance; however, to access our room, other guests informed us that the physical key was taped to the door handle. At no point did the host mention that this was the only key and the only way to enter the room. When we arrived, it was very late at night. We left our luggage in the room and went to the kitchen because we were exhausted and just wanted to eat and sleep. Unfortunately, we accidentally left the key inside the room and were unable to get back in. The digital key did not work, and the door already showed signs of previous damage. The other guests were very kind and helped us contact a person in charge. However, the only response we received was being yelled at and told that nothing could be done until the next day. When we asked whether the office would be open to report the situation, the person hung up on us. They also tried to blame us for the damage to the door and wanted to charge us for it, even though we were told the door had already been broken for at least a week. We understand that forgetting the key was our mistake, but there was absolutely no effort from the hosts to help solve the problem, and we were not given correct or complete information from the beginning. We simply wanted to sleep, and we ended up sleeping on the floor. If it had not been for the kindness of the other guests and the cleaning staff, who were very helpful and considerate, the hosts would not have helped us at all and would have charged us for damages we did not cause. Additionally, other guests experienced similar issues with their doors the following day. Finally, the bathroom is in very poor condition, and the kitchen does not match the pictures shown in the listing.

    Unsafe
Very dirty apartment. The owner will Force you to send a picture of your passport and everyone staying with you. He will not give you your room code unless you send the pictures. Although Booking states do not share your personal infos specially the number of your ID and passport. By obtaining the pictures he will have your full data and it can be used for other purposes, since you have no control over it. Overall a very unsafe and unsettling experience. You're paying here very cheaply because the rest your are paying with your data.

Is it open for business? Send a refund!
There is no sign on the building or anywhere near the door and nobody answered the door to let us in at the designated check-in time. Even though we had paid in advance, it appeared that the place was closed so we found another place to stay. We never got inside. We never could find any staff. Please send a refund. The place has several broken windows so it looks like it's abandoned. There is no place to park.
