Renovated with modern taste, respecting the building\'s original features and materials, this comfortable two-bedroom flat is the perfect place for those who love space, light and a super central location, just a 3-minute walk from the DUOMO and St. Mark\'s Square, with a view of Piazza Santissima Annunziata.
The interior design of the flat has been conceived to provide the best possible comfort for our guests, without sacrificing aesthetics.
On the first level there is a spacious and bright living room with 2 sofas, television and open kitchen. The windows overlook the SS. Annunziata, one of the best landmarks in Florence.
Then there is the master bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 extra guests, a bathroom with shower, and a wonderful bathroom with bathtub.
On the second level is the second bedroom, which overlooks the piazza.
Please note the apartment is on the top floor of an historical building without elevator, if you have mobility issues take this into consideration.
Access
For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don\'t have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made
