About this apartment rental
Comfortable and modern apartment, a few steps from the Accademia Gallery and the main tourist attractions of the city.
Spacious and bright location, it can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It is ideal for groups of friends and families.
The recently renovated apartment has:
- air conditioning and wifi
- three large twin bedrooms, two of which with private bathroom with shower
- a shared bathroom with shower and washing machine
- a bright living area with sofa, armchairs and TV
- a dining area with kitchenette equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.
On the third floor, without a lift. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
