Welcome to your Venice getaway! This bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home offers everything you need to settle in and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Located in a quiet South Venice neighborhood, you'll be close to Gulf beaches, biking and walking trails, parks, shopping, restaurants and Historic Downtown Venice.
The highlight of the home is the large private screened pool and lanai. Spend sunny Florida days swimming, stretching out on a lounge chair or relaxing with a drink on the outdoor conversation set. The spacious paver deck offers plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the outdoors while the screened enclosure and surrounding tropical landscaping create a comfortable, private setting.
Inside, the home has a light coastal feel with plenty of space to spread out. The large living room features a comfortable sectional sofa, large-screen Smart TV, ceiling fan and sliding glass doors overlooking the pool. A dedicated desk and workspace make it easy to stay connected during an extended visit or working vacation.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, including stainless steel appliances, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, generous cabinet and counter space, and a center island with granite countertop.
There are two separate dining areas—a spacious dining room with seating for six and a sunny breakfast area with additional seating for four.

The property is very, very, very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay there. Olga was great with all communication and we would not hesitate to recommend any of her properties. Great location and pool.

The house was as described and in a good location to access shark tooth hunting beaches for the kids. The pool was really nice. We were disappointed that when we arrived the ceiling fan and overhead lights were not working. Rather than fix the problem, Bud left us a small dusty fan to use. Given how much we paid for our stay, we felt it should have been fixed. While we were there the water smelled like sulfur. We thought that was Florida water but came back to the house one day to find workers fixing the water softener and telling us it had been broken. Bud had not disclosed this problem to us. So we found that disappointing for the price (with fees more than $400 per night).
