Livia's Beach Cove

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. My husband and I stayed two nights here. We brought our two little ones and they stayed in the second bedroom on the bunk beds which they absolutely loved. There is only one main bathroom in the house but there is a shower outside at the pool and there is a beautiful bathroom outside with a shower in it beside the shed. We love the cleanliness of it and how small it was but exactly everything you would need. There's a huge TV in the living room with the most comfortable couch and pillows and blankets. There is a room off the kitchen with a round table with a t.v you can use as a hangout spot at night while not disturbing the inside bedrooms. This room also leads out to the pool. Both bedrooms have a door that leads to the pool also. The pool outside is wonderful. There are four lounge chairs. They have a fire pit and a grill outside by the pool that was perfect. The host was incredible. He answered me within two minutes every time I texted him or needed anything. What you have to understand about Caspersen Beach is that it's not really walkable The place is a 5-minute drive to the beach. It' is not built up with hotels and houses right on the beach, so everyone drives there. There are plenty of parking spots and even if the parking lots are full there are always people coming and going so you're always able to find a spot, but if you want one immediately I would go before 10:00 am The house is in a great location. It is in the closest community to the beach. It is a quiet and peaceful little neighborhood. You are a 5-minute drive to a major grocery store and other conveniences! I will 100% be back.

Everything was wonderful. I tried to think of one thing that could use improvement and I absolutely could not think of one thing. Me and my friend had an amazing time! We did not want to leave. 13 minute drive to the beach was great! Close to downtown and shopping strips. The back pool area felt like we were at a resort! The television is huge and surround sound made movie night so much fun! And the couch!!! Super comfy! Lots of towels and the extra blankets were so soft and comfortable. The shower was perfect! I love a good shower! The pillows were wonderful as were the mattresses and comforters . The AC worked wonderful! We didn’t have to touch it! The decor was so inviting . Such a beautifully remodeled home! Very tastefully done. What a great idea to have a bathroom outdoors! Super cute! I will be back for sure! Venice beach is gorgeous! The water was so blue and clear! My friend and I made beautiful memories!
