This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal home sleeps up to 7 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a covered lanai overlooking a private heated screened pool. Steps from Shamrock Park's scenic nature trails and the Venetian Waterway Park along the Intracoastal Waterway, you're just 3.7 miles from the nearest beach and an easy drive to the best beaches from Manasota to Siesta Key!
This coastal Venice home features a heated, screened pool and covered lanai in a prime location—just minutes from Gulf beaches and about 18 miles from Siesta Key. A very short walk to Shamrock Park, with scenic trails and a bike path along the Intracoastal Waterway that connects to downtown Venice Island and the Legacy Trail.
The Space:
Sleeps up to 7 across three bedrooms, including a king master with a private bath. Both bathrooms are updated and fully stocked. Enjoy a spacious living room with a 65” TV, fast WiFi, and streaming. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, an RO water system, ice maker, and ample indoor and outdoor dining space.
Outdoor Living:
Relax in the screened lanai with dining for 6, gas grill, and a private fenced backyard with a heated pool. Pool heat is set to 83°F; an unlimited heat option is available for an additional fee. During rare cold spells (overnight temps below 45°F), pool temperatures may not reach 80°F.
Amenities:
Laundry room, beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards), Bluetooth speaker, and kid-friendly features like pool alarms and outlet covers. Pack ’n play crib available upon request. RV/boat parking available, with optional 30A hookup (additional fee). Starter supplies are provided; longer stays may require restocking at guests’ expense.

Rules:
-Guests must review and follow all safety, house rules and pool rules published in the digital guidebook.
-No smoking or vaping indoors
-Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
-No large parties; please respect neighbors and keep noise at reasonable levels at all hours.
-Please treat the home with respect and promptly report any damages or signs of wear so they can be addressed quickly
-Dog-friendly: up to 2 small dogs ($125 cleaning fee); pets must be disclosed at booking
-Guests must vacate in the event of a named hurricane; a refund for unused nights will be provided
-There are 3 security cameras on the property, one at the front entrance, one at the side entrance and one to monitor pool equipment. There are no interior cameras and no cameras in the sunbathing/pool/lanai area.
Guests will be asked to review and sign a digital rental agreement in our guest portal before check-in.

Host was on top of my questions almost before I asked. Kept me updated on things I needed to know, couldn't ask for better host or property. House and kitchen well stocked fenced in yard wonderful for small dog. Pool perfect temperature and lawn furniture perfect for what ever you need, lounge chairs, table and chairs protected from weather. Close to beaches, for shell and shark tooth hunting. All in all the perfect host, home, and location.

This is our second stay at this home - it’s so comfortable. The pool is wonderful! We cannot wait to return again. The hosts are very nice and quick to communicate. Thanks again for allowing us to use your home for our vacation!!

I have never had a better rental experience with VRBo or its competitors. The host was consistently available to help this old lady with an ancient cell phone navigate the new rental agreement and check in process. The house is immaculate and incredibly comfortable - reclining chairs to watch a huge tv. Refrigerator is stocked with condiments. Lots of games and beach toys. The location is great - half a block from Shamrock Park and the Venetian waterway. Short drive to Venice y and manasota beach
