About this house rental
This is a beautiful house. When you drive up it's a definite WOW. Located in a quiet welcoming neighborhood.
The open, airy living room features comfortable new furnishings, a bright beautiful stone accent wall and fantastic floors. It's a bright sunny room with HDTV and internet.
A wall of sliding doors opens up to a large covered outdoor area with additional dining tables, chairs and comfortable seating areas overlooking a beautiful pool. The pool is heated and surrounded by lush landscaping for your privacy.
The fully stocked kitchen and dining area are open to the the living area. The nearby closet holds the washer/dryer. Beyond is access to a 2 car garage.
The split floor plan provides privacy for the 3 bedrooms. These are tastefully decorated for that warm homey feeling. The master bath has a shower and whirlpool tub.
One guest room has a Queen bed and the third room has two twin beds and a shared bath.
This is an outstanding vacation experience filled with comfort, privacy, convenience and visual beauty.
Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offers an 80-acre preserve which links up with a 10-mile bike trail.

Everything was very nice. Well stocked. Loved having all of the supplies for the beach - umbrellas, coolers, chairs, wagon. Excellent location with easy access and quick time (10-20) minutes to many beaches. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great location for us - just one mile from Shamrock Park - we cycled on the Venetian Waterway & Legacy Trails several times, right from the house. Enjoyed many walks in the park. Close to Manasota Key Beach - favorite beach. Also Sharky's and public pier very close by. A few beaches are still closed, but so many nearby to enjoy!House was great for us. Quiet neighborhood, loved having a garage for our bikes (there were two bikes at the house as well). Nice beach amenities - towels, umbrella, beach cart, chairs, etc. We cooked in a lot, so a well stocked kitchen and good spice rack was handy. Nice extras in bathroom as well - shampoo, sun burn moisturizer, q-tips, etc. We had a great time! Thank you!

This home has great potential but we were overall disappointed with our stay. All the linens are worn- holes and stains on the sheets, worn and musty towels, dirty rugs, etc. The dining chair legs were coming loose and we were nervous to sit! The kitchen was overrun with tiny bugs and we discovered the dishwasher didn't work on the second day, after we had it loaded full. I contacted the property manager and he came the next day but neither problem was fully resolved.
The pool was great and we enjoyed the living area of the home but I would not recommend this VRBO to anyone traveling to the area.
