Cozy, newly remodeled, comfortable house in quiet neighborhood has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Brand new water softener system has been installed. House has been recently updated to make you feel comfortable and accommodate to your needs. Living Room and Master Bedroom just received a new furniture to make your stay enjoyable. Heated pool makes a swim enjoyable. Two out of the three bedrooms have TVs in them and queen size beds. Third bedroom has full bed with a pull out twin on the bottom. Living room has 60 inch tv for your viewing pleasure. Wireless less internet is provided. Caged big pool has nice open area for you to relax and enjoy the sun. Gas grill is provided. Fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you will ever need. Big table in dinning room seats 6 to make you feel comfortable during your meals.
Shopping centers with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and gas stations are located minutes away from the house.

Super clean. Perfect location to several beaches. Owner quick to respond to questions. Pool was beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels and necessities provided. Only lacking were beach chairs. There were two plastic low chairs and a couple soccer chairs. Would have liked a “Tommy Bahama” type. chairs.

Lovely property with a great pool in a nice quiet neighborhood!! Loved listening to the birds and it was a quick ride to Fox Lea Farm Very convenient location and owner had it stocked with supplies Luke was very nice! I would stay here again!!

The house is just what you need to stay in South Venice. Thr beds are really high so if you're worried about little ones falling off the beds they offer a trundle bed in a converted garage off the laundry room. There are towels for the pool, some supplies for beach. The house has shampoo and conditioner available as well. Enough small appliances for your needs. The pool is okay for the kids. Not much in the pool toys so plan on bringing or buying some at the dollar store. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and it's obviously not in an HOA community so some of the houses are unkempt. This doesn't affect your stay. Decor is exactly as pictured.
