It has its own boat ramp, a private beach, and a beach ferry that takes people across Intracoastal Waterway to a quiet private beach. Quiet neighborhood, great location. All essential items included. Looking forward to booking again when in the area

Stayed 2 days visiting family in the area. The house is actually a duplex with shared driveway. House was clean. Bathroom super small with washer/dryer under sink. Master bed is sleep number so make sure and set it to your liking.
